Now I don't know about you, but before I'd been to Maui myself I found the prospect of choosing a beach rather daunting. I mean really... 30 MILES of beaches? Just how is a person supposed to narrow THAT down?

If you're staying in an oceanfront Maui hotel, resort or condo, odds are, it's already located on a prime stretch of beach, and will be perfect for the average Maui beach vacation day.

It didn't take us long to decide on the beach that we thought was the BEST BEACH we'd ever been to.

I truly couldn't ask for a better beach to swim, snorkel, and lounge around on during our Maui beach vacation days!

If you have children, you'll be glad to know that this west Maui stretch of white sand paradise is great for families too!
